“I was stranded at the hospital for multiple hours after my insurance company sent the wrong type of tow truck the driver came out very quickly got my car out of the parking structure and towed home within an hour and a half of getting the call from my insurance company he went out of his way to make sure I got my car where it needed to be thank you so much I’m really bad with names but I believe his name was Rich again I’m sure it wasn’t fun pushing my car by hand out of the parking structure thank u again so much!!!!!!!”

“Are they more expensive? Sure. But after waiting 2.5 hours on the side of a highway in the snow and you're desperate because it's 3:45 am, he's the guy I want to help. He got out of his bed at home and into his truck to help us, and he was there in 20 minutes flat when all the other companies we called said 2+ hours before help could arrive. Thank you so much!”
